Day 14 - 5 Things People Don't Know About You

Writer's picture: Lindsay VeeLindsay Vee

Since I've been getting behind here lately, I'm keeping this one short. And it's a pretty easy prompt to keep that way.

  1. I was homeschooled until the 7th grade when I begged my mom to go to public school. There are plenty of days when I wish I would've stayed home longer, maybe even graduated high school as a homeschooler.

  2. I try to only say things that matter, that's why I'm generally not very chatty. What I remember of my Grandpa King is that he didn't say much, but when he did it was important and everyone listened. Maybe that's not exactly correct of what other people who knew him longer remember, but that's my perception of him from the short time I got to spend with him.

  3. I'm afraid of heights. Even going to a rock climbing gym and scaling the wall makes me pretty anxious, even though I do enjoy that activity. If you want to hear a funny story, ask Kennedy how much I like rock climbing.

  4. I broke my left arm in the fifth grade. Surprise, surprise, I fell off a horse to do it. I popped a pea-sized piece of bone off my elbow. One elbow is visibly bigger than the other even today.

  5. I really don't like sunsets. On day 26 of this challenge, I'll explain this further.
